I'm guessing it will most likely suck, and I have no interest in PSVR yet. Maybe when Ace Combat 7 comes out. And Final Fantasy XV Royal Edition is not a new game but it does include all of the (current) DLC and some new content(a new dungeon, first person mode, forget what else), so might be worth it if you didn't buy the season pass.

Yep. That is not the case with Switch though, first game cartridges/cards I know of that don't. edit: Actually I don't think PS Vita does either. But all my games on it are digital so can't confirm.
