Basically you can't drive at night, but police will let it slide if you are leaving an event (i.e. a car show). But if I'm out of state it won't matter anyway -

I managed to go out and do things yesterday, just to have it come around and bite me in the ass AKA stayed in bed until 7pm trying to sleep away pain. At least I had a fun vicodin and booze-fueled game of Cards Against Humanity last night!

There's a reason I am Antique tagging the Mustang in PA: no inspection and it's $148 a year flat out. The Jeep is staying in pa because it'll cost $36 a year. Other states with vehicle tax can eat my ass. -

Okay so on a serious note. I am guessing you have a finished bedroom rather than an attic? and honestly if it was in August, considering PA has been a lake the past few months.... you'd have figured out by now if it was still leaking.
