There's no question now.  The Knicks have that je ne sais quoi.  Its not completely comparable, but I was in the building for for Game 7 of the WCF in '00 and there was that feeling in the building as the Lakers went on that 15-0 run , and you could feel an otherworldly intensity.  The Kobe to Shaq connection looks different from 308 than it does on the floor; it's all energy and vibes up there in the nosebleeds.  I could feel it through the television as OG tipped it in.

I came to make a thread about James Harden's life of crime after being swept by the Knicks. But it turned out to be the most boring news story i ever read.

Pissed me off because ESPN radio had it sounding like bro shot up TX and was arrested....Googled it and was immediately disappointed

So ima just dump it here as the side order of nothing that it is

It was a bullshit story. Had the gun been in a holster on the car seat that would have been fine. It was a dumb misdemeanor

If I see anyone wearing this tshirt at the parade imma yell out “JMan” and look away real quick 😆

New York admittedly has a far greater ratio of people who wear anime shirts than most cities.

Girlfriend and I were commenting on this lol They lost each game against the Knicks that they played this.

I absolutely hated that they did that. MSG and NY Knicks refused to stoop to that level.
what was worse was half the time they would highlight one player and say another’s name. I think game 5 was the only time they did it right.

At least in Cleveland they introduced the NY to the Imperial March from Star Wars 😆

I don’t think the “Imperial March” is much better.  You’ld never hear something that stupid in Boston, LA or SF.  Kinda shows how small market San Antonio is.

It’s better than that clown music. At least with the Imperial March, it acknowledges that the Knicks are dangerous and to be taken seriously

That is true.  The douchebag that DJs the USC MBB (and WBB) games at Galen Center pulls shit like this.  I think his goto favorite is the Leave it to Beaver theme song, which is hokey as shit but isn't that absurd recorder version of "Toreador Song" from Carmen.  Speaking of brothers, he tried fucking with my brother at game like decade ago, and I haven't forgiven him.

We opted out of the parade. My other half tore his meniscus, mcl and acl a few days ago and there will be just too many people for him to go safely. The crowds for the checkpoints and where they corral the people for viewing it’s just not smart. Lol people started lining up last night.

The city actually approved work from home measures for its office staff to avoid the area.  It’s going to be that hectic.
