The result was inflate-a-kitten followed by a smack to the face. He's super healthy just has a couple bad teeth that im not gonna worry about since he's 15 and they don't seem to be bothering him. He did though gain a lb in a year. He's now 17.5 lbs. Fatty. She's been extra zoomie lately and I really don't want to discourage activity but the Hobbit Hole isn't the biggest place on the planet and she ends up bouncing off things and me while racing around. So, I invested in a plastic snap-together whose main complaints were 'it can be noisy' [ it's plastic on plastic, I can deal with that noise ] and 'kitty doesn't use it' [ that's a risk - some kitties don't like treadmill type things ]. Bug is currently passed out in her cat tree cave after running her brains out on the thing almost the second I put it up. I also caught her dragging herself along on her belly in the thing so her belly would get tickled by the carpet lining. She is weird. 4 Quote

It's currently hell-ass hot outside. Bug went up to the window to look out and immediately started chirping and doing the butt-dance. Turns out a bunny has power splooted just outside my window where he can eat some of the weeds and then rest in the shade. They are currently having a lazy stare-down because too hot to do more than sploot and stare. 2 Quote

You probably don't have to even do that - some cats are social creatures and will be affectionate with anyone at anytime just because.
