Now I know nobody in charge watched Space Jam a New Legacy because that’s the plot of the movie. Can’t say I blame them though. Surely they at least watched a Matrix movie.

Man they just keep making worse and worse decisions!  This is asinine to put AI in charge of such a thing.  Though I guess it lets Zaslav avoid responsibility and blame for unpopular decisions and say "the AI did it."

I wouldn’t be surprised if scheduling choices in the future are made by AI because it can take into account so many factors based on cost, ratings, promotions, sponsorship, ect 

Perhaps it can be used for other things like picking appropriate episodes to air during holiday weeks, whether or not a marathon is warranted, ect. It would be based on actual data vs a persons antiquated idea of what works in TV
 

Now if only it could be used to find Toonami a good show and take bias out of the equation 😂

This seems like an advanced system of analytics they're slapping the AI name onto as a means to make the really bad stuff (scrape-driven content generation) seem not as bad. At best, it's misguided, and at worst, it's malicious. Same thing as Paul McCartney saying that AI is allowing us to make a "final Beatles song", even though it's not AI writing the thing so much as using existing tools, which predate the current push for AI, pioneered by Peter Jackson's documentary.
