Apparently, some of the meme generator sites do have that option and use it to unlock some features, though I didn't really check too much into it. The go-to option that is simple and relatively easy for anyone is Microsoft Paint. Obviously, this isn't something you can do easily with a phone, but, it isn't completely impossible; preferably, you'll want to use a desktop compute. I've been using imgflip for a few days now, but my meme-making skills are new and very weak. I thought this would be an easy challenge, but I'm not so sure now.
