NewBluntsworth
Somehow, I have had to use Excel in my life much more than I ever thought I would when I was learning it in high school.

HS? This is what I had to learn about in HS - Didn't learn Excel until employer #4 dropped Lotus 1-2-3 in favor of MS Office (circa 1995). 2

Came out in '87 according to Wikipedia. I had just started learning Lotus & all my peers knew it for years. The company switched to Excel, leveling the field for me & I eventually became the expert that everyone started coming to. One of the luckiest breaks I ever got. I first learned it on Office 95, which I believe was the very last version that if you wanted to use any formula, you had to click into a cell, type the equals sign, and write the formula yourself.
