I barely started last week since i've gained 30lbs this year. Definently eating chips less and cut alcohol completly. I do however have to work on workouts since the gyms are still closed and my hours don't match the ones that are open.

Might us Pokemon Go as a motivation to walk at night.

Stretching/yoga pose routine before weights

Weights:

5 x 10 front squats

3 x 30 bridges

5 x 10 sit ups

Then for cardio either between 1 - 2 hours on my peloton or a 30 min plyometric+calistenic cardio routine where I cycle thru 10 different movements a minute each 3 times

Reorganizing my work space. Not even joking. Moving art supplies, crates filled with crap, wiping off dust, shifting furniture, and it's been taking me a while to finish. I'm gonna attempt attacking my dvd/blu ray shelves today. At least by next week, I'll have space to dance to choreography videos again. That's my real workout but cleaning has been burning calories.

I bike about 6-8 miles every work day when biking is possible. Once the snow starts, I walk at least 4 miles in the snow for work.

Used to do Zoomba on Wii on my days off for the added controlled cardio. I really need to restart that.

~10 arm curls using tote bags of books as the weights [ quarantine thing but it works ] .

Green tea and herbal teas for relaxation.

Set aside time once a week to just soak all cares away and start over. Sometimes with fancy face mask or scrub.

I pick two exercises a week and do them for 4 days.  Resting is important as it gives time for your muscles to heal.  I l do various weight lifts, pull ups, chin ups, sit ups, push ups(various kinds), a bit of cardio to get my stamina up.
Switching exercises each week keeps your body from getting use to them.  I usually have my single hand weight set to 50lbs and do a total of 30 or 100 reps depending on the lift.  I do usually do a total of 100 push ups(3 sets of whatever), 100 sit ups(two sets of 50) and a total of 30 reps of chin/pull ups.  Not going to claim this is great but it's how I do.

I don't eat a lot of junk food but other than that, I eat whatever I want because my metabolism is super high.  I'm 6'3 and I'm at 160 lbs.
