For someone who gets as little sleep as you do, how do you NOT drink coffee? xD

Anxiety is the real caffeine....

I dunno....My body is just so used to crashing that I can't force it to sleep....It just sleeps when it can do no more sometimes.

I don't think I've ever put nutmeg in coffee but that doesn't sound bad at all. I've done cinnamon plenty of times.

It's really delicious. I do a very light frothed cream on top and then grate some overtop fresh. It's heavenly.

I have ADHD inattentive type, coffee does wake me up but it doesn't affect me the same way other people it's more of a mellowing agent. The medications I take at night are nervous system suppressants and thus make me very groggy in the morning. I also don't drink caffeine after 4 pm so that has nothing to do with my insomnia.

It probably is, but for now I'll stick to black. I used to do a ton cream of sugar in my coffee but finally started drinking it black about a year and a half ago and like it that way now.

And also usually I don't have insomnia problems regularly. Right now they are bad because I haven't had an appointment with my psych to fix the dosages yet. I've gone from almost 300 pounds to less than 200 pounds in the last year and weight significantly affects how bipolar medications work.

Most of my coffee is consumed black. It's the manliest way to drink coffee. Irish coffee is not bad either.

I don't think I could live without coffee and tea. Earl Grey in the afternoon helps me focus on my work.

I bought a whole little container of Earl Grey because I was re-watching a shit ton of Star Trek TNG on Netflix and I thought .... I'm gonna be sophisticated as fuck with this.

Earl Grey. Hot.

My husband did the same thing, even after I told him that bergamot tastes like furniture polish. Stick to the original - Scotty drank Darjeeling.

I read your post in Martha Stewart's voice

I volley between liking some cinnamon and not liking it in my coffee, I dunno why

Nutmeg can go straight to hell though, it's only acceptable in piesxD

What about Eggnog though? :(

I must not have achieved the level of class required for Earl Grey and creased trousers.

I throw my slacks into the dryer and hope for the best.

Girl you have to iron. It's the only way slacks actually look fashionable. D:

I hate Eggnog, but I do like Coquito, which I guess is kinda weird

I had to look up what that was, and damn that looks fucking tasty. I love coconut too, so that's right up my alley. Had a coconut flavored smoothie this morning before my jog.

I'm a big fan of coconut too and Coquito is served right, with a glass full of ice.  Eggnogg has always been given to me without ice.

IMO the best way to drink eggnog is to toss it down the drainxD

It's super good if it's been chilled in the freezer and/or mixed with chilled alcohol. I don't think I'd enjoy warm eggnog either, that sounds nasty.

Eww, people drink old eggnog?

I rarely drink it without alcohol anymore, loved that thick sweet shit as a kid though.
