They've altered their TOS and practices so many times they can just sell your data to whoever they want now. He got up and lied about it in front of congress too, I hope that site dies or is replaced by something that has less invasive practices. 3

I enjoyed it a lot more, back when they had chat rooms. It was fun. Facebook is a bore, that is full of leaks and problems.

He's barely got any technical skills, but he is good at marketing and cheating his way into billions. The next wave of authoritarianism is being propagated right now through a half dozen big tech firms that control 90+% of the market share on things like payment processing, data collecting, information sharing, and content creation platforms. It's really quite scary if you look into what deals these companies are making and what they are doing in buying up competitors. We have an internet trust going on right now. It's just been bugging me lately that these assholes get away with selling people's info and get away with it. If you're going to use social media have as little personal info on it as possible. I use discord now to keep track of most of my online friends, and gamers anyways so facebook had little purpose for me.
