Think mine is 14 yrs old.  Still going strong.  I've only had to run vinegar through it twice in that period.

i just put mine away. it's a pain in the ass. i don't buy the cups, i use the reusable thing. 

but it was just a pain in the ass. 

i had mine, for about 3.5 years? maybe? and i am pretty sure it was on it's way out. 

i got a niffty black/decker that starts at 4 cups. 

and super easy to operate. like. the morning thingy.

The one in my camper is about 5 or 6 years old and I use the reusable cup (wawa for life) and its still going strong.

Just keep it clean!

I have a fifty year old electric percolator that still makes better coffee than Keurig.

Do you de-scald yours with vinegar? I've had mine for less than 2 years but have descaled it once. I also use a resuable coffee filter and just buy bags of grinded beans. Great for the environment and also great way to buy local shops coffee for your keurig.

You probably have lead poisoning too, which would explain a lot.
