Watches are not a replacement for phones. Watches are a replacement for one function of a phone (or rather, one function of a phone is a replacement for a watch, as has generally been the rule). My goal is simple and straight forward. Live the same way they did at that age. It wasn't extravagant, but it was steady and without worry.
