Super bizzarre Steven Universe Leak that makes no sense **spoilers**

so apparently A video was leaked early of Rebecca sugar explaining the plans for the future of Steven universe

  Reveal hidden contents

(basically saying it's gonna go in a direction where they're going to shift to a message of unity and togetherness)

and showing THE WEIRDEST footage ever

 

the clips seem to show Ruby and Amethyst seemingly leaving the Crystal gems and Blue and Yellow Diamond JOINING the Crystal gems

 

so either the show is ending, or we're getting some sort of weird timeskip DBZ type set up for a second phase of the series where the entire team lay-out is changing

In the actual episode, Ruby takes Amethyst on a trip to the LGBT Museum to better understand the history and plight of her community after hearing Amethyst say something homophobic about Sapphire, while Blue and Yellow Diamond have a change of heart to join Steven after checking their privilege.

Looks like White Diamond is screwed, but her incentives and everything are still a mystery... Seems like she lied to Yellow and Blue. Didn't Rose do a lot of the same thing to protect what she loved? What does White Diamond actually care about?

so rose essentially faked her own death twice now, once by literally faking her own death and shapeshifting into a false identiy (Rose) and then again by reincarnating as a pudgy human boy
