i usually end up on youtube watching katya
im getting a doggo soon!!!!!!!!! its raining so no walk

katya is the love of my life, ive met her irl and she smells like cinnamon

Shes a lab/great pyrenees mix so she is floofy and the cutest and gunna be huge

i drove 3 hours and i was 4th in line. I blacked out i didnt know id get to hug her, best moment of my life. i cried after hahaha. she was chewing gum but it was a great smell.

 If I'm feeling down sometimes I write. I usually delete it as soon as I'm done, but it is cathartic to just release the sorrows.

Reading the Bible helps me, but that might be a very personal option.

Get some nice tea, maybe something sweet like a shortbread cookie or a soft chocolate chip cookie and curl up with a pad of paper and draw something.

thats good for my anxiety but sometimes the depression is harder to shake off, reasons i wanna get back into yoga. that shit is calming

thats some good coping skills ya got there friend. the writing tip is great i use it often, im making some soup now so hopefully thatll help.
unfortunately im not religious so that part i wont be doing

I'm glad I could be of some service. Sometimes just talking to other people helps, unless they decide to be a jackass. Even then you can laugh at them for being a jackass, so it tends to work out in the long run. :D

Chicken soup is good, and tomato soup with a grilled cheese is good also.

 

Now I want soup and a grilled cheese, but I've already eaten lunch.

Oh well. xD

That sounds good.

I just checked my pantry, I have a ton of tomato, a couple of French Onion and one lone New England Clam Chowder.

I also found some ground pork in the freezer, so I'm gonna make a quick stir-fry with some left over cole slaw mix for dinner I think.

Soup tomorrow for lunch.

Actually Zeni doesn't have it so bad. He doesn't have a legitimate mental health problem. Alcohol. Solitude. Poor choice in video games. Free play station 4.  

Being Zeni isn't the worst thing that can happen.
