long story

i ask to start @13/hr which he paid me. i wanted to START @ 13 and have it increased but then my cousin, who is the CEO, started asking questions like "whatd you do today?....that doesnt seem worth $13/hr.." over and over and i knew they would give me a bunch of shit to get raises where as aflac keep promising me a raise the whole time and has agents there making $30/hr.

Eventually rinse the conditioner out of my hair, clean, write, edit, watch car racing anime, and then make a fall writing schedule.

writing...schedule....makes me break out in hives from just typing it

why?  -_'

Got a few questions that stump my union's business agent.  Does long term wear and tear on the spine count as a work place injury?  Should I be compensated?  Is the employer obligated to change a few procedures because of it?

that is a hard question.  find a doc that will say beyond a doubt the injuries are work related and not regular deterioration.

my hearing is shit from having customers scream in my ears all day but i doubt i could get compensation from it.

Eh, that's kind of how it works with family.  Also, CEO?  What kind of business is it?

charter and tour buses

they let me admin and also asked me to help them with advertising-bring in customers. connected them with an agency that would increase their internet presence and my cousin approved it and dropped $3000 on it...but then still gave me shit over little things

That's a cut throat business, but yeah that's worth way more than $13.00 an hour.

so youre stabbing people all day. seems fitting.

no I don't....my job is to fill out their paperwork and process insurance...so basically I'm the one doing all the work...the pharmacist just gets to sit there

It helps to be realistic about goals so it doesn't feel overwhelming, and using dry erase boards can make it a little entertaining.

im all blocked now cuz life is shit. any more tips?

It's okay to be too stressed out to write because sometimes your mind just needs a break from everything. Sitting down to watch some favorite movies/shows or reading a favorite book might relax you enough to write. Is there a park near you where you can chill and people-watch while eating snacks? That can be helpful, especially if you're being nosy and get to hear about their personal drama.

you still in IT?

they hiring? (joke)

I still have the work study IT thing, but not for long since I graduated and they can only keep me a few more terms (if I stay that long). That one's with my school and they only hire students for the position. It also doesn't pay super well.

I'm at my other job. It's the one I hate more. They're pretty much always hiring and this position is really easy to get. I'm not the best person to talk about how good it is, though, since I've met people who like doing it  but I'm trying to find an avenue to quit 'cuz kinda hate it..
