all of the muscles in my arm, shoulder, and back are in massive pain

great job....get a hot moist rag or towel and lay it over the affected muscle area ...after some time it should relax some of the tension...about a week of this and you'll barely notice

i can do that. the icy hot hasn't been helping much anyway

Gettin' enough sleep there? probably, idk

Eatin' enough protein and calories? maybe

Gettin' your vitamins and minerals? i do take a multivitamin

Drinkin' enough water? not sure

Makin' sure to do dynamic stretching before workout and static stretching after? only before, not after

Followin' a training regimen? no

Doin' your squats and eatin' your oats? also no
