all of the muscles in my arm, shoulder, and back are in massive pain

great job....get a hot moist rag or towel and lay it over the affected muscle area ...after some time it should relax some of the tension...about a week of this and you'll barely notice

i can do that. the icy hot hasn't been helping much anyway

is this from working out?

yeah. whatever the routine is that we're doing every workday, it's kicking my ass hard. i'm not sure if this is going to work for me at all but i'm not a happy camper right now

Eatin' enough protein and calories?

Gettin' your vitamins and minerals?

Drinkin' enough water?

Makin' sure to do dynamic stretching before workout and static stretching after?

Followin' a training regimen?

Doin' your squats and eatin' your oats?

Drinkin' enough water? not sure
