I just want everyone to remember that a perennial playoff-contending team traded one of the best young players in baseball for a bench player and a relief pitcher to save payroll when we miss the 2021 opening day because of a strike/lockout.

I was in choir, but I was not one of the people you would have singing the solo parts.

I saw a Tweet where someone said "It would be like if we decided a volunteer fire department's parade had national importance."

I was at a workshop today and one of the things the guy said is if you are applying for a job and the education level is High School Diploma or Equivalent, you should only tell them your high school education; if you tell them you have an Associate's or Bachelor's they might think you are over-qualified. And I was thinking "bruh?"

Workshop guy: "Everyone in this room was selected because we believe you are most likely to use up your unemployment benefits before you are rehired or find a new job." Me, a person in the room: 😅
