Usually (but not always) a disorder of the nervous system would include repeated spasming and involuntary muscle movement. Having heavy motion isn't unusual for a panic attack.

As am I. I mean, this is a big story in the EDM world, easily the biggest since the Brazilian stage collapse. It probably won't make waves outside the music industry though.
