Fasting is always a bad idea if you're trying to lose weight You're supposed to eat more smaller meals of nuts, fruits, vegetables and lean meats / fish a day: having smaller portions more frequently allows the body to process the food more efficiently and reduces hunger pains. In fuggs' case, short term damage to her diet can potentially be achieved by keeping to small portions of the available food. Never ever skip a meal; that's only for vagrants who can't afford to eat the proper meal.
