It's okay. It's got plenty of problems.
One of the most glaring being the obvious DLC teasers where a character leaves your party and something happens that you just don't get to see, even though it's apparently quite important.
I played it earlier today. I liked it, but it felt a lot different from the original Nier.
While the original wasn't great from a gameplay perspective, it had great atmosphere, and I don't know if Automata will live up to that based on the demo.
Rounded up? Maybe. Deported? Maybe. Murdered? Stop it.

He was doing what he's done for the past 10 years, which was one guy one-upping the other guy, then the other guy doing the same, then the good guy winning from some bullshit.
His artwork I still think is great, but his writing is trash.
