Don't worry, it gets better. Illinois is also floating around a "per mile" tax on driving. This, of course, is in addition to vehicle registration fees, gas taxes, and toll roads. Other states will undoubtedly keep an eye on it for revenue ideas.

Forgot - I should have mentioned to be wary of used brand name guitars that seem way too cheap. It's pretty easy to take the neck off a trashed strat/les paul and stick it on the body of a cheap knockoff.
