I get nothing for my birthday, story of my life.

Never smoked - watched too many of the previous generation to mine succumb to cancer from smoking, including my Dad.

Tide HE Coldwater liquid. Just a few tablespoons per load, nowhere near the indicator on the cap. When we used what the cap indicated, stuff came out soapy & needed another full rinse cycle.

My guess is the kitchen sink. Look at last year & the number of E coli warnings about veggies that went out. I'm sure it would be rare, but maybe the kitchen sink didn't have a P-trap? That sewer gas coming up would deposit stuff everywhere. I remember that the people doing the testing were just as perplexed (Mythbusters maybe?) but didn't investigate further.

Some show I watched did a test using toothbrushes. Oddly, the toothbrush in the kitchen wound up with more fecal coliform bacteria than the one in the bathroom.

Tax refund season, they're looking to rip you off.

A couple friends of mine told me that on a very hot day, when they were little kids, they went into the basement of one of their houses & decided to mess with one. They took it from where it was & brought it into the family room. They started playing with it & the basement started getting cold, to the point where they each grabbed a blanket (not attributing it to anything at this point). The next thing that happened was they were startled by a very loud crash, like a shelving unit in the room the board was kept in had tipped over. They went to look, and nothing was out of place. At that point, they put the board back in the box, put the box back in the room it came from and quickly left the house.
