I fucking hate weather. I finally came home yesterday, and it looks like 3 of my trees were trashed by an ice storm. Now I've got to wait for the snow to melt and the lawn to dry up so that I can get all the branches out and see what's actually left. And it doesn't look like it'll be very soon, because it's supposed to snow today.

Yeah the phone alert woke me up like 3 times to tell me it was back on, and I didn't even know it was off. Here, you can call the regular police line and get an ambulance or fire trucks, but this is a small town. I don't know what you'd have to do in a more urban setting. Edit:Actually, here you can call the firehouse directly, too. Since it's all volunteer, you can call there for an ambulance as well.
