I have no idea what a healthy interaction between parent and child regarding ownership looks like, but it's weird to me to see a child claim ownership of anything to their parent. Like, my parents made sure we knew they could whatever they wanted whenever they wanted with any of our toys at any time and we literally couldn't do a thing. Actually one time my mom cut up one of my stuffed animals for not ratting on my sister. It sounds horrible but all i feel is pride for sticking up for her so idk.
