Today i started my diet. Has sausage burritos and ice coffee for breakfasr...peaches for lunch...and a chewy granola bar and some banana chips for dinner after working out.
Workout consisted of 30 mins cardio then 30 mins lifting weights.
Then i came home and washed and straightened my hair. Have straightened my natural hair in over 8 months and theres a lot of fucking hair. I look like a troll. I hope it goes down somewhat over night!
