Gallego seems like just regular left, not far left. But regardless, if she even runs (which by no means is guaranteed), it's a question of the ratio at which she poaches voters from the main party candidates. If she poaches equally, she could win. If she poaches predominantly from one side, the other side wins.

I don't interpret the Senate Dems playing nice as a credible fear she can win, moreso that it's frustration that they're not consolidating in the face of a united opposition. But I don't think Chuck Schumer carries a whole lot of AZ votes. Maybe institutional donors withhold getting involved in that race, but AZ Dems aren't going to vote for her because of that.

I think, the fact that the geebz streams are turning into a bit of a cohesive group with regulars and shared interests and jokes etc., but everyone just disperses between streams, *and* we're kind of set up already as a place focused on those shared interest - games, music, anime, etc. - I think it's a good fit! Buuuuut unfortunately I kind of happened to make the suggestion as he was rushing out the door and shutting it down for the night, so I think I could do a better job of actually getting people's attention next go-around. If folks do start to hop over, this thread can function as an HQ of sorts with the various topical folders open for use, and if a bunch of folks all come over and it makes sense, I can set up a separate sub-board.

I have very little direct experience with the GTA games, just never had the right console when I was younger and never got around to it when I was older. My one experience was with IV, we were heading over to a friend's new house to do something entirely different and he had just gotten the game so we just spent the evening taking turns doing stupid stuff in the game. Out of everything, weird how that one memory sticks out in particular.
