Yeah, to elaborate, job titles in highly organized sectors aren't just labels. They have very specific contractual/legal meanings and purposes and that's all to protect the workers.

We never did. After WWII, control of Korea was divided similar to Germany. NK invaded SK and the UN authorized an international force led by MacArthur to push NK back. The UN resolution wasn't vetoed because the USSR was boycotting and China's security council seat was still held by Taiwan. The peacekeeping force also arguably overstepped it's bounds, by nearly reunifying the peninsula (rather than simply reestablishing the border), and so then China jumped in and the conflict stalemated practically where it started.
