    You know how when you’re a kid you sometimes dream of being able to have a job where you’re paid to do nothing? Well I have somehow accomplished that dream and I am absolutely miserable. A combination of paranoia, low wages, and lack of satisfaction, since I never set out to do this. Every day I wait for someone to just fire me.

    He’s apparently been getting pissy with big sponsors over it. Which is kind of hilarious because he was part of the Bud Light rehab tour for them, sponsoring them after that incident with the Pride cans and appearing in their commercials.

Lovely. Five months of this shit.

    Might be why Alicia Silverstone was pegged to play Usagi in a movie at one point a bit after Clueless came out, but it never got off the ground.

    Hajime no Ippo 1-2. It’s apparently been doing really well for Netflix internationally. My hope is if it does well enough they make more of it. Plenty of manga to adapt. Maybe too much. Delicious In Dungeon 19.

    It’s weird remembering everyone’s favorite dumpling head essentially started with the same powers as freaking Black Canary. As easy as it is to rag on this show due to the old dub, the concept, etc, it still has a very bizarre charisma and undeniable charm. At this point early on it almost feels like a parody of tokusatsu heroes like Kamen Rider and the Super Sentai teams. Instead of hot blooded guardians of justice, we have a lazy underachieving blonde teen who has exactly the thoughts a blonde teen in the 90s would have. And it’s endearing.
