^that movie fucked me up. really REALLY well done. and i said, looking at ezra. 'there is something really off about this guy' i know it's just a movie, but he REALLY sunk his teeth into that role.

mid beat you to it. said the taste was on point. the strawberry rose to the occasion. he said i should do the top of the cake, yellow. the pics didn't do them justice, nor did my rush job. but i'll be adding 'whip cream' (more icing) and cherry w/stem and chocolate sauce. i'll get pics of the prettier version, next week.

i'm not entirely sure i like the cupcakes. granted, i rushed through these, just so i could get an idea if the concept will work. need to make the 'ice cream balls' rounder, : solution. allow icing to chill, and scoop tsp. size balls and let chill. and make the 'vanilla' maybe yellowish? you know how some vanilla ice cream has that yellow hue? finally i'll add what looks like whip cream (icing) and drizzle the chocolate sauce over and add cherry bits. the croissants are fine.

i didn't make it to the farmer's market. so i've frozen some of my croissant dough. but i'm making 6. and then i'm going to make the icing for the cupcakes. i'm going to freeze a dozen. i'll go to the other market on saturday. i have other stuff from the 'fiber arts' division of my dynasty and then i'm going take pictures and show you. then i'm going to eat a tomato croissandwich and a banana split cupcake. fin
