My cat has a schedule and I know the schedule. So, extra kibble goes in the bowl on Wednesday mornings since those are usually my 10 hour shift days and that keeps her from freaking out about the lack of kibble-filling that tends to happen around 5p most days.

Wrong. Carpet poop day is Wednesday at 7:15p if there's no kibble in the bowl. Read the schedule better.

I don't think so. He banned someone on the old boards for ~15 minutes for 'teabagging his corpse' on an online video game they were all playing. This time since he can't bansmack, he might just go for straight revenge...

I was going to ask if DrewId legitly registered to the boards and was bringing his damn missiles with him but then I saw this and can't unsee it. Now I'm wondering if Odin is coming back here to take his revenge on anyone who teabagged one of his video game characters in a combat setting.

Rak-rak doesn't normally hairball, if she does its because she is having a sever reaction to something she ate and not because of actual hair. Previous kitty 'sha actually would hairball because she was long furred but she was as grossed out by it as anyone would be and would make the effort to yak in the litterbox where she could cover it like the yuck it was. If she couldn't, there was a particular braided rug she would aim for - easily dealt with. Dogs bend full biscuits right in the hall.

I think it's just a matter of there was someone doing it at one point but they stopped and no one else said boo about it so nothing further was done. And I think that some abilities had to be turned back on when the board upgraded because the default was 'off' . If no one says anything, things get left as is. But new year and since my projects are my own, I should be able to schedule some regular care and feeding of the Toonami board unless / until whoever was doing it is able to return and wants their job back. Or Pat fires my arse. Whichever comes first.

Because I don't think anyone requested it and I don't know if there's someone who specifically made it their thing to make sure the Toonami board had it's own power pet to poke things into place regularly. Maybe there was but they lost abilities or something. But I apparently have accesses to stuff and things on this board currently so I'm going to attempt to 'abuse' the crap out of them by trying to pin things each week for at least the weekend since I don't know if too many pinned items make things look stupid on peoples' mobile devices. Continue to make episode threads as always and they should be pinned up by some time Saturday in time for evening discussion rush [barring things beyond my control like power outages, loss of internet, and health crap because stuff happens] . Potentially down at some point Monday since, like I mentioned, I don't want to cause problems with mobile viewing.

Yep. The place is really a warren of offices with people writing, drawing, animating, building and sometimes recording things. The last time I was there, the open space you can kind of see when they have the cam from the back of the main tank on was a series of computers that were being used to program and test the [as] games before they were released on the boards like Robot Unicorn Attack. So for as many random toys and art projects that people have decorating their office spaces, they are expected to get a certain amount of professional things done.

I've never taken pics while visiting. I've always been there when things are being worked on and nothing is allowed to get out until an official announcement is made. Things tend to get scribbled on any surface that looks like it could be a dry erase board around there. Plus, sometimes someone else might also be visiting to talk about work on a particular show and if no one is supposed to know about that visit, someone's random photo might ruin something. I think duzi was allowed to take a couple of controlled pics and shared them on the boards when she was there though. I know that pics have been posted by people other than actual Insiders with permission but it's always busy time for me and busting out the ol' FunSaver would be a dead giveaway of photo in progress.

A little nerve-wracking. I'd been up since about 3a and had to take two planes so while I was wired for sound in front of the tanks, I spent most of the time hoping that I wouldn't have a sudden leg-spaz in the gimp leg and kick a hole through Death Row. It would have made for interesting tv - a live electrocution when all the craw water hit the wires and the metal frame of the chair I was on. I didn't talk a lot because I was afraid of hiss-back on the mic or that I'd be interrupting something important. So I ended up being a Chia Pet for the show instead. The fish are huge though. And everyone at FCL is also huge.

The guest human was just the 'regular' person visiting who would get put in front of the main tank to watch the fish live during the show. Now things are set up where you can see the visitor's face when they are there but no cameras were set up like that when I was there - I remain a complete mystery as to what my actual face looks like. I've always preferred to lurk the building anyway rather than draw attention.

Only if you are one of those people who feel they need validation all the time. My cat got her breakfast, played with her auto-pilot laser pointer toy and is now curled up in the bed sleeping peacefully. You know what a dog would be doing right now? Threatening to pee on everything if I didn't take it for a walkie-walkie in the -30'F temps right this second. I like the cold weather but I walkie-walkie on my own time and not at the whims of some drool-bot's bladder.
