I'm not sure. I picked it up at a vintage boutique place that I like to wander through and is literally across the road. It might be something you could find at a Natural Grocers type place. You could try googling 'Dakota Muscle Relief' but maybe with safe search on. There must be some dude named 'Dakota' who either does prons or magazines or something because holy crap >.<

Yep, I picked up some on a whim because I figured worse case, it will just smell as weird as any other external pain meds I use / try. But it actually does work decently and it's in spray form so I don't even have to touch any of my nervy areas on real bad days. It's kinda like Icy Hot in a spritzer. I use it mostly to help me sleep, it numbs all the owies long enough for me to fall asleep.

If all you do is swipe them, it's only tampering / moving a dead body. If you are the one making the dead bodies, it's pretty much a felony everywhere.

I had a few. I don't necessarily miss alts though. Alts were like business socks, everytime I was on one, it was business time. -.-;

I have tons of teas. I used to have a pot of green tea steeped in a clay pot before bed. I really should get back into that habit, it was relaxing.

Unless it's a single parent household, most child beatings are done by the father-figure. I was beaten for existing. They didn't want a first-born girl and once my first brother was born, I was an 'extra' . Anytime my siblings did anything, I was the one that was beaten for it because they couldn't have done anything wrong. Somehow beating me would teach them to not do things. All it did was teach them that they could do whatever because they wouldn't get punished. There was a belt on the top of the fridge. There was a whole display of belts in the garage. And of course, if a belt wasn't handy, just outright beating on a small child with bare adult hands was acceptable too. As long as the bruises weren't anywhere noticeable. A 200+ lb. adult beating on a 30 lb. underfed kid was considered perfectly acceptable for any and every imagined insult. When a 5 year old knows how to take a punch before they even enter kindergarten, there's something wrong.
