I hope you've looked deeply into exactly who owns that LLC behind the ink. Kushner makes his money through purchasing low-income friendly apartment complexes and letting them run down completely so if anyone breaks lease from the elements dripping through their ceilings they can be sued for thousands of dollars. So if that's who is officially getting your money through the back door, you'll never see a long term functional repair to your building ever.
