That's not the best metric in the least. If top earners earn more, that means that things failed. It should affect everyone close to equally. It didn't. Disproportionately, the top .5% earned a LOT more than the bottom 99.5%. By a LARGE margin. That is NOT a measure of tax reform. A better measure is better, smarter spending, balanced budget, and less tax burden for 75% of America.
