I really feel like explaining the localization issues with M. Bison as a name for a character that looks like Mike Tyson and the lazy shuffles they made to avoid litigation would still not answer your question since i have no idea why you have an issue with the name. Balrog was the original name for Vega, and m. Bision was called vega....effectively making Balrog M. Bison.

Another was after hurricane Katrina, I only had a power supply to power necessities....which were the tv, the playstation and the heater. I don't need lights.
