Oh wow I freaking barely remember the old ghostbusters since I was a little chitlun when an adult tried to get me to watch the first one, and I wasn't impressed, but my attention span probably failed like after 5 mins of trying to watch it every time. I need to give all of the ghostbusters another watch, but it's like.. eh life. Don't dissapoint me with your video, and maybe I want have to watch the old ones again though.

Nah that's the one with the female crew for whatever reason ghostbusters needed that right? I've been meaning to watch it though so yeah I might check that one out I guess. I've heard mostly negative things, but I can't knock it till I see it. 🙂

A review huh. I said a new hobby, but I kind of like your youtube shit.. I mean...One of my favorites was the ADHD PSA you put out one time though.. I'm not much into startrek at all. I don't even know any of the canon and story lines for a lot of that kind of shit you review so don't expect a good review from me if you're going to be discussing old sci fi stuff. I get that's one of your big interests though so do it and I'll check it out maybe..

Sorry to hear. I've had plenty of that shit to deal with even before covid season. Thankfully no one else added to it from the virus yet, but it still makes this shit extra depressing for me hearing about a lot of people losing family from it. 😷 -
Should I work in a crossfit day? You guys like crossfit? I agree it's hit or miss, and I've heard varying things about it ever since it first took off, but the army had me doing that shit like evryday at one point. Another thought...I feel like duh I'm probably bitching out on the weekends with this plan already, but ask anybody that knows anything stretches are important! Maybe Saturday can be skatepark day with an emphasis on staying moving and doing 'lines'. Not coke lines.. but skate lines.. Note 3.4: A whole day just for stretching is a little much maybe, but remember I'm already working in yoga and some kung fu shit just to summarize what I have planned... I feel like that's kind of enough to qualify as actual exercise, but the Rocky coach on my shoulder is like "Suck it up you little bitch!" already. Also stretching is going to happen before I punish the wimpy ass muscles I'm feeling now every day of course.

Let me put this plan in a better physical form for a second. Ok for now.. Sunday is just a deep relaxing stretch day for me, but I'm trying to work in yoga poses, and maybe actually try to get into yoga at least some what legit by reserving some time for it here.. Also kung fu (movement drill style) stretches that can actually be cardio if I remember what actual monk it was that was actually kind of wearing me out with his "stretch routine". Then from there it goes like this: Monday-Run Day, Tuesday Arm Day, Wednessday-Leg Day, Thursday-Ab Day, Friday-Nope has to be a run day and I can't bitch about it, Saturday....Whatever I feel like at this point dammit! Actually I'll think of something. Abs probably I need more of that for sure in here! Also Cardio, but not running cardio even though I may need to work in more.😷 Damn I'm just trying to get a routine started and kind of ingrained at this point, but it's so hard to choose what muscle groups to exercise when I know I want to isolate ab days from run days on the week schedule kind of from experience at least.. lower abdominals suck to have punished if you're trying to accomplish any kind of distance run which for now my first goal is to at least shoot for making those runs the standard 2 miles that I was used to at one point, but my feet are pretty medically fucked up from shit I bitch about too much on here already probably... Any suggestions, and or advice? Feel free to post your exercise routines.. I've really let myself get lazy with all this shit going on, and it has to stop.

I feel like I've always been fatter than I thought now, and it's kind of screwing with me after looking at all the BMI shit. Oh well. I have had a big gut at several points, but then after a while I'll finally get rid of it then be like.. "Remember when you had a big belly though that was kind of tight" gain it back, play with it some more, lose it again, and repeat the process..which can't be healthy, but hey what is that's fun except sex maybe right?

So jeeze I can't even weigh more than 150 at 5'6.... I've said this here before when BMI's have came up, but honestly WTF! I weighed 150 in high school and people were calling me skinny. edit: So that one applies to both male and female too my mistake.. Fuck BMI's though they just don't.. 💢

Yeah I'm not sure how much I weigh but it was like 190 last time at the clinic so yeah I'm definitely obese with a whopping 31 BMI at 5' 6. I just recently reached this point for the first time though.. I better cool it.. A little bit of weight loss would put me back in the "overweight" category, and just like you I can drop weight pretty easily or always fluctuate up and down way more than I should.. Most the weight's on my belly and I can feel it. Here's a good chart for the male bmi..bmi is supposedly just a reference point or something to average from anyway so idk. Maybe Well I thought army standards were pretty close to standard bmi, but let me check again because the army does want to fucking much.. Skinny bastards that can run marathons but still carry over 80 pounds of gear on them. 😷

Man I've gotten really close to 200 recently and that's what's putting me into weight loss mode. I'm not sure if I'm comfortable being that close to 200. I mean I think my max bmi to not be considered obese is 174 so I'm not too much over the norm, and I weighed 150-64 even in high school so idk..I am a gainer so maybe I'm not doing too bad, but skateboarding is not kind to fat people either, and I feel like I always have to remember that because I don't think I could ever fully stop skateboarding completely and trying to push myself to do bigger better things without feeling depressed. I mean not skating that much is probably the only reason I've been able to get a lil chunky anyway though..It's a real dilemma.

Plus the way the body works the more weight you gain the easier it gets to gain weight and the harder it gets to keep it off.. It's a kink that takes a lot of discipline to stay healthy, but it's turned me on hardcore for a while to watch "gainer" girls go all out, and I get turned on just by doing the same myself. It gets really tricky not to want to binge eat all the time if you do it too much though and medically speaking a doctor would just call that an "eating disorder" right? I mean everything in moderation though right? It's still probably being on the cusp of having an eating disorder if nothing else, but fuck it.

I get what she means I think. I kind of feel the same way about myself right now. Like I said I have a weight gain fetish, but I'm still used to being skinny because of skateboarding and just regular old fashion exercise. It sucks because I'm not really sure I can blame that much of my weight gain on quarantining either..

Yeah that was what I was getting at, but I think that whole feederism thing goes a little bit too far for me usually. I don't want to see anybody go too far with that shit honestly and do like irreversable damage to themselves or gain life changing amounts of wieght. I guess you could call me a 'casual feeder'. I can see the force feeding role play thing a lot of feeder couples do being pretty fun with a chick that was down. I think the better word is "gainer" anyway, im not into that other crap like 'vore' . The idea of physically feeding a woman isn't even what draws me to the kink I just think it's kind of hot to watch women stuff themselves with enough food to make a noticable difference, and then not be afraid to show off a little fluff. I don't like to see people go too far and gain like 1-200 pounds when they were already chunky though.. Also supposedly average couples end up giving off subliminal ques to their partners to gain weight anyway.
