Well I suppose I shouldn't feel to ashamed to not be able to identify what type of louse that was.. I thought it might have been a bedbug close up with some added filters or something.. crossfit is time saving, and meant for times you want to work multiple muscle groups at once. I've seen it over done.. Well I've had to do it, and I agree, there's way more isolating exercises that can be done.
