First episode was good. I was worried about the change in studio, but I think some of the major staff from TSR came along.
Curious where it goes. I'd heard FMP gets progressively less comedy and that certainly rang true here.
I found it more infuriating than sad or boring. The older brother pissed me off so much.
And the author's fucking explanation for his character made me angrier. "I'm going to apologize to my little sister for how badly I took care of her by making myself look a bit less shitty but still pretty shitty."

I have him ignored, so I can remember to limit responses to him, which acts as a spoiler tag so it's whatever to me. But I do feel justified in punting him around a bit today over this.
I geeked out during the opening monologue when he ran over the One-Way sign. That got me way more excited for the rest than it should have, not that it matters since the rest of the episode was a blast.
I'm looking forward to Junk Dog's rivalry with Yuri. They both seem interesting to me. I also liked that most exposition was handled both concisely and with smooth character interactions.
