Eulogy was ok. Paul Giamatti is an underappreciated actor. But honestly, it just felt like a less depressing Coco . . . playing music to remember someone dead. And Coco is a kid's film, lol One more left.

Oh my God, San Junipero and Bandersnatch. Hotel Reverie and Playthings. Episodes 3 and 4. Rule 34. 4chan just got hacked. I am getting at something here. The black mirror . . . it was fugg's hooha all this time 😱😱😱😱😱😱😱 And she even had Colin as her avatar for a while 😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱🤓😱

Hotel Reverie was pretty good. It was basically a sad San Junipero with a Casablanca flair. It's my favorite of the season so far. Three more to go.

I'm feeling nervous about the Democratic senator flying to El Salvador . . . for some reason it reminds me of the Jonestown massacre, where a Democratic representative flew down to Guyana and got murdered. There are parallels to be made here . . . MAGA is a cult and there are still many people who will drink the Kool Aid.

Unsubbing from youtube channels has been my new hobby lately. I must have had over 1.5k subscriptions. I mindlessly hit that subscribe button way too manyntimes. Most were easy decisions to unsub, some required some thought, some made me nostalgic, some made me think what the hell was going through my mind at the time. This process of decluttering has made me reevaluate my internet habits, honestly. -
Ok, Bete Noire was pretty meh. I would have liked it more had the protagonist faced a similar fate to Shut Up and Dance.

I got a new fridge in my apartment. Maybe the tariffs helped to accelerate management acting quickly on this. That's something, I guess. Some of my food got freezer burn from the compressor jot working properly. No more.

visdeurbel . . . I just can't take Dutch seriously as a language.
-
Ayn Rand was against tariffs, and her reasoning is quite interesting. Just bringing it up, as Paul Ryan loved her.

I was gonna watch a new episode, but I decided to watch San Junipero for like the fifth time. 😑

I'm glad I subscribed to the New York Times. Decent quality journalism is a breath of fresh air. It isn't only targeted to boomers either, unlike most traditional media. Their subscribers are actually going up too. -

I feel somewhat bad for Gem. The highlight of his life is being cucked by an ogre, and now all that's left is being a middle aged catfishing creep we millennials were warned about during the days of AIM. I'm exercising my freedom of speech, and it is not disinformation. I have no qualms being censored for this post, however. 💩- 35 replies

Ok, Common People felt pretty mediocre. It also reminded me of an old Tom Scott video. I give this episode a 5/10

I do think you'd have LBJ's enormous negotiating power, yes, where something pussy ass like tariffs would never need to be used. -

積ん読 tsundoku means books that pile up that you intend to read but never do. An interesting word unique to the Japanese language. Thank God I prefer ebooks; I have almost 600 titles, and yes, most of them aren't finished. 🙃
