I haven't noticed it really, but the pressure will intensify for me as things proceed into the elections. I think part of it is younger people are not used to having to work for others or meet scheduling demands that are not ideally suited to them. They soft, and used to being coddled, and the real world isn't like that. Real world is shit gotta get done, go do it or I'll find someone who can. I have noticed that when I'm teamed with recent grads who seem to schedule all kinds of extraneous shit like they are still in school, and leave the work to me. That lasts exactly one time, at which I give them the same speech; "I'm being paid to get this done, when I report in I will report that I got the job done." They either pick up on the message or they don't. I want to be clear, I don't include Athena, or you Bucket, in this generalization. Both of you work way too hard.
