i'm taking a break.

 

stopped for about 6 months awhile back and then started up again and am feeling like i should stop before things get sideways.

 

so, i usually sub stuff that you would put in mixers. veggie juice, soda water, etc.

 

i also put down an obscene amount of green tea during the day followed with  passionflower tea to knock me out before bed as those first few nights are rough.

When I first got on the wagon, I started chugging caffeine like nobody's business. I'm an addict, and I gotta fill the void with something.

 

It's tapered off (a little bit) since then, but I still drink WAY too much soda.

yeah. i've been hitting caffeine a bit hard. i think it's just because it makes me feel different

 

substitute buzz.

 

probably should knock that shit out before i give myself a seizure or something.

OJ, iced tea, pineapple juice, apple juice, grape juice, coffee, tea, water, lemonade, occasionally a cola...

It's not as often as juice or iced tea that I drink water, but bottled water is cheap and usually convienent for me when it's hot and I am working or whatever :|

Energy drinks, flavored sparkling water, lemonade, tea (black and green), water (the obvious one for when I'm out cycling).

Sometimes a milkshake when I'm feeling nostalgic.

water.... sometimes water with fruits and ginger in it, orange juice, clementina sanpellegrino, liquor, kombucha, or every great now and then let myself gorge on this spensive chocolate milk thats sold locally.

I spend probably 75-80% of my time not "drinking," alcohol is something I save for parties and celebrations. I feel to truly enjoy the feeling of intoxication one has to be among friends.

 

As to how I stay hydrated, juice and coffee in the morning, tea in the afternoon, and lots and lots of water. I probably have a caffeine addiction, but I try to moderate my intake past 2pm.

 

This morning I had a large glass of orange/pineapple juice when I woke up, a latte a few hours later. and water the rest of the day. No tea yet, don't feel like making any. I like all kinds of tea, but I am especially partial to earl grey, green tea, black tea with lemon, and chai tea with milk.
