I was originally thinking I'd do like a board event between now and June 1st where I just gave away special ranks. but then like a bunch of people asked for them in a row so I was just like "well okay this here now is the special event or something". so - here's how you get a special rank: 1. ask for one. 2. I think that's pretty much all you have to do is step one. so this #2 even being here is just fucking stupid. basically just ask and be clear about what you want and what color code you want it to be.
