my stalker strikes again.

*this is a really long one, if you don't want to read it that is completely fine, I just needed to get this off my best).

 

some of you may have read my post about what a man left in my car last week. (for those of you that don't, a Victoria's Secret bag with a pink lace thong, pink boy shorts, and a pink garter.)

 

today he came in. handed me a big y gold coin, as he always does. (or rather, TRIED to, because I couldn't look him in the face.)

and as he was leaving he said "I left something in your car for you."

 

again.

 

I walked out my car, see a brown paper bag, then walked back in to my office.

 

a regular comes in, Wayne, and I ask him to go get it for me because I don't want to touch it.

 

He gets it and comes back, and opens it for me. (I asked him to.)

a night shirt/gown that says "cranky but cute"

a baby blue lace thong

a white garter

and a fucking pink cock ring.

 

immediate panic attack, IMMEDIATE.

 

I wanted to throw up, but I had Wayne place them out so I could take a picture, (if I ever needed evidence)

and proceeded to try not to throw up.

 

I called my boss and told him. He said he would take care of it and call him when he got back in to the office.

 

(btw, fun fact, I'm at work alone like... all the time. and stalker knows that. he came in when it was just me, hence why I didn't tell him to stop doing what he's doing, because I was terrified he would get angry and retaliate. he's EASILY twice my size. I would like to keep living, thank you.)

 

When my boss got back, he ended up calling one of our state troopers. The guy is absolutely wonderful, he is a VERY sweet cop, I went to school with his kids, he's been a customer of ours for SO many years)

So he did a drive by to talk to the stalker.

 

He told me that he was very nice, that he was gentle on the guy, that he just said that it was inappropriate, you shouldn't do that, blah blah blah.

He told me it went VERY well, that stalker was receptive and said "oh geez, I was just kidding! did she call you?"

Cop replied "no, Ricci did, she told him about it and he wanted to give me a call to let me know."

But he was VERY kind about the whole situation.

Cop told me if it happens again, he will go back and NOT be kind, and tell him, basically, that files will be charged if this persists.

 

I thought all was good and dandy, like a weight had lifted off my shoulders.

I thought that if he came in, and really DID feel sorry, and apologized, I would absolutely forgive him. (That's just in my nature. I'm a Christian, hello.)

 

THEN. stalker guy calls and VERY AGITATED said "this is d_____ s______. tell Ricci to cancel my 3 cord of wood. I'll get it elsewhere."

and hung up.

 

Now, I understand that maybe he's just mad because he's embarrassed. maybe he's mad that Ricci didn't call him and talk to him himself.

But I think, most of all, he's pissed about the rejection.

 

And now I'm even MORE terrified.

This is exactly why women seldom report these kinds of issues.

Because we are scared that the abuser (in my case harasser) will get angry and retaliate. Or hit us or strangle us. Or spread lies about us. Or rape us. Or maybe even kill us.

 

I'm really scared to go to work and have my boss leave tomorrow.

I don't know what to do.

I'm lost.

 

So I'm trying to find the answer at the bottom of this bottle, and it seems to be getting further and further away.

You've provided ammo for some of the creepy lowlifes on this site, I hope you know. I understand you need to vent somewhere, but this is definitely not the place for that. Open a throwaway account on reddit and talk about it there.

There's always restraining orders if this shit is is really starting to get under your skin. I read most of that,

 

but not all of it. I saw the post about him giving you pepper spray. Youll have to go out of your way and

 

spend a little bit of time at the PD, you'll need his name..If you were photographing the proof then maybe

 

(hopefully) you're already taking these steps.

 

Anyway if he was to try anything like this again.. Or even come near you just call the police. He will go to jail...

 

you don't even need proof he was being crappy at that point if you have a valid restraining order. He broke the

 

law just by coming within..so many feet of you.

I don't know what would be worse, to be honest!

 

a man in the shadows waits for his opportunity to pounce

at least this guy is ballsy and idiotic enough to do it to my face,

so that way I may be able to prevent said attack!

Time to buy a taser,pepper spray or a gun.

You should sell his gifts for profit  :|

 

I'm keeping his gifts in their original packaging, just in case I need them as physical proof of his stalking

 

HOWEVER.... I wish I COULD sell for profit, instead of keeping this disgusting stuff in my house hahah

I just came back on to see if anyone had advice and now I'm reading it all!

well I am not the  guy to comment about this it is time to start carrying  a  fucking gun  may I suggest  a 9mm pistol

 

since I live in CT it's harder to get a pistol permit,

I actually applied and they denied me because of medication I used to take

 

BUT, I haven't taken it for over a year, so I think that I am going to reapply soon!

I would, makes sense for him to know that your stalker called and sounded much more pissed off moments after faking being calm and cool with the cop.

do you think that I may have grounds for a restraining order?

he hasn't laid hands on me (yet, hopefully never)

 

I appreciate your input, do you think I should wait until he contacts me again to then go to the police again?

 

fortunately I have the cop's personally phone number

I hate how stupid those gun laws are.

 

"Sorry, your right to own a gun is restricted because you took anti-anxiety medication or something at some point."

 

I know people who joined the military as a teenager and were sent to war who are now afraid to seek medical help for mental issues because they don't want their right to own a gun taken away...which is as counter-productive as a law ostensibly designed to prevent people with mental issues from doing something terrible with a gun can get.

so here is part of the reason I don't lock my car,

I'm very afraid that he's going to come IN and give me said "care package"

but I know that you're right, that I should just lock my car and that be that

 

better if he brings your package in cause your car is locked then you find him in the back seat cause it's unlocked.

the way you put it made me feel like I should have called him immediately

I'm going to call Ron tomorrow and tell him the phone conversation, even though it was short, I'm going to tell him

 

at this point it's smarter for me to report everything so that there is a paper trail

 

just in case,

even though I hope I won't ever had to need it :(

EXACTLY!!! THIS!!!!!!!!!!

 

just because I have anxiety and want to be able to protect myself and my house doesn't mean I'm going to go around misusing a firearm!

 

I have taken the course, I know proper firearm control, I know to leave the first chamber empty (in revolvers, which I prefer)

and I know that you should to maim, not to kill!

 

I don't want to kill someone, just defend myself if I need to!
