Misaka
Turns out that Microsoft office upgrade had a bug in the middle of downloading and locked me out So now it's fixed and added an additional 5 terabytes to it I pray this prevents it from crashing

Cleaned that much porn off of it? i was just about to ask the same question. you can't extend a hard drive passed its data limit. you can use multiple drives and combine them into a larger partition, but you can't make a 500GB hard drive suddenly 1TB

So you had two back up HDDs before it happened then put in 3 more HDDs after the first one went bad but then they added the locked one back into the system and that somehow got you 5 extra TBs? Sieg67
You should become a computer geek so you won't have to pay somebody to do stuff for you. Plus building is fun.

Sieg67
Turn the power off, hit the rocker switch on the PSU, unplug it and then drain whatever residual power there may be left by hitting the power button on more time before working on a computer. It only takes a couple of seconds. The only way you could get shocked after that is if you for some reason decide open a PSU to poke at the capacitors inside. I don't remember how many computers I've worked on but I've never been shocked by one because I'm not an idiot.
lupin_bebop
....................The fuck? How could you ADD storage space? Did you get a new hard drive? Did they give you a better one? Your statement makes no goddamn sense.

André Toulon
What kind of resources did you have going that caused Office to crash your HD. With 2-3 backups I fail to see how you were having these issues unless they are are cheap or shitty refurbs. All of these concerns still don't explain to me why you are waiting for it to be returned when this is a simple fix. Also, lol at getting shocked......Before I went into networking I was EET and had 8 months journeyman status........The only thing that's ever shocked me is my microwave when I was drunk.
