The party of morality keeps being perverts. Why do they always tell on themselves?

If you don’t want to click the link, the Oklahoma Superintendent had just, you know, naked ladies on the TV in his office.

This is especially hilarious since they’re mandating the Bible in OK.

And wouldn’t you know it, things are going great for the kids.

Its hilarious because when hit with the notion to move to OK, my conceding factor was "OK education can't be worse than MS" but here we are.

Luckily, the girl has graduated but the boy goes to an agricultural school and of course they are going to adopt the bible mandates

I was thinking, this is a win for Mississippi. We have good schools in the Atlanta metro, but outside of that it’s bad in this state too.

Get him this version and demand they respect your parental rights to choose the bible of record.

The Blasphemous Bible by Craig Wells | Goodreads

Real book, it's in my library right now, and goes from Genesis to Revelations.

With lots of swear words.

About that

Mississippi actually got tired of being the butt of all education jokes and last I checked they had climbed up to 37th. A more recent google article had them at #16, but it was a site I had never heard of.

Something like "CNN" or something? I dunno, if it doesn't start with the Romans executing the one dude who was helping the poor who then turned into a zombie and got a holiday for it. I zone out

-But to add more to this

Ryan Walters is an absolute stain on the pants of humanity. He plans on running for Governor here in 2026, and if he wins it will set him up on an accelerated path to finally getting noticed by his senpai in DC. The best part about all this, he's been invited to a bunch of speaking events for evangelical groups across the US, and he's been using taxpayer money to fund his trips. https://www.oklahoman.com/story/news/2024/01/18/ryan-walters-travel-for-speaking-engagements-movie-premiere-cost-4k/72271789007/

Make no mistake, this dude wants to be so far up Trump's ass he chews for him

How is this even constitutional?

There have always been three factions here: religion can't be favored over secular; religions can be favored over secular, but not over each other; and Christian religions can be favored, but not over each other.

Separation of church and state has always been a hodgepodge of conflicting jurisprudence depending on which faction could cobble together a scotus majority at any given time.

But now the extreme social conservatives who believe in category 3 control the executive and the courts.

Josh Hawley wants to give rebate checks to the Trump supporters because they’re hard working people who don’t deserve to pay tariffs despite Trump saying the tariffed country pays not the American people

Hawley likes socialism but only for the cult

I love how he just says all rich people voted for Biden and all blue collar workers support Trump. He can't possibly be that stupid, can he?

Yes, he can, in fact, be that stupid. Incel tech bros from Silicon Valley are gonna get fat rebate checks

Yes he is. But even more so, he is trusting that the cult is that stupid.

Which they keep proving over and over again that they are.
