Depends on what the other meals are??

Breakfast is going to be normal breakfast food cereal oatmeal that type of thing or most likely a quick donut which is not a healthy lunch would be either nothing or  meat   dinner if I don't eat meat at lunch it's going to be meat of some kind or or has meat in it or a salad or some kind of vegetable dish

I used to eat pbj for lunch 5 days a week. They're easy to store, go well with coffee, and, if you use a reasonably hearty bread, are surprisingly satisfying. (Plus, seeing as you're having a legume and grain, you get the whole complimentary amino acid thing going on.)

Now I'm hungry for a pbj on rye.

It’s not necessarily healthier to go meatless, but it’s perfectly fine as long as you maintain some protein in every meal.  I don’t eat mushrooms, but they’re a common and good source.  Walnuts, cashews, almonds and pine nuts are also good.  Beans and lentils (including split peas) are an excellent source as well.  Unless you’re devoutly religious, I would not go vegan - there isn’t enough study about long term substitutes for lean meats like chicken or pork and for omega 3 heavy fish. You can still maintain one meal with meat per day and be healthy.

Of course you'd say that

There are plenty of sustainable forms of protein. Grasshoppers and earthworms are both delicious and filling. Mice will pretty much just welcome themselves into your home and beg to be eaten. Even licking the sweat from between a fat man's toes will significantly satisfy your meat protein needs. The body doesn't need much

Is that why mice can be found in ovens?
