I am so thankful that I have so much family around me. I’m blessed to have my parents and brother four miles away, my daughter and grandson a mile away, brother and sister in law 5 miles away, and then sooooo many more brothers, sisters, and mother and father in laws plus almost 30 nieces and nephews five miles away too. I am never not without loving family all in my corner of Atlanta. It’s just so cozy.

Our heater broke 9 days ago and we just got the new system put in today so I'm incredibly thankful that I can do literally anything in the house without freezing my nuts off.

mid and i decided to try and feed the homeless today. we got a few restaurants and familys to pitch in. one lady made 79 sandwiches. 

after this past week, and remembering what i've been through in my life. 

i am so thankful for shelter. for food. for clothing. and someone to listen. 

had to put this. as i typed the above. someone just donated 32 turkeys with sides to prepare.
