I've never made a music playlist and I don't intend to. I don't have a problem with the idea of making playlists but I just prefer to listen to the entire album than make a playlist. The album itself is my playlist.

I made a playlist of albums.

Weekday afternoon cartoons > Saturday morning cartoons

I want to go further into this. Looking back I'm starting to believe that Saturday morning cartoons were just not that good in fact I would dare say kinda overrated once you take the nostalgia goggles off. I'm not going to pretend that there weren't any good shows on Saturday mornings because there were but there's also a lot of garbage on tv on Saturdays. Even shows that were originally on Weekdays like TMNT and Ghosbusters started to suck once they moved to Saturday mornings. I just seems like the better cartoons were on after school. Fox Kids, Disney Afternoons and later on Toonami. I know weekday cartoons were mostly action/adventure but you still had shows like Tiny Toons, Animaniacs and Goof Troop. Also when I think about it SNICK on Nickelodeon was more enjoyable to watch on Saturdays than Saturday morning cartoons.

Dude, you're just too young. I watched Birdman before he had a law degree, Space Ghost before he had a talk show, and Sea Lab when it was only 2020. Once upon a time, Saturday mornings were fire.

Saturday morning cartoons were better in the age before there were prime time cartoons.

Actually, both the Flintstones & the Jetsons started in prime time, a few years before the Hanna-Barbera action block on Saturdays.

I think the only Saturday morning cartoon I was into was Garfield and Friends, which was one of my favorites. Other than that lone exception, I echo your sentiments.

All of that sounds awful and is probably making Kudasai's case stronger.

Bite your tongue, or I'll sic Gloop and Gleep, the formless fearless wonders from the Herculoids on you.

My advice to all...

When it comes down to a choice between a big income and a steady, predictable income, ALWAYS pick the steady one.  Picking the big one comes with a strong risk of losing it.  Replacing it is a nightmare.

Nobody wants financial advice from you.

I'll add a caveat - this advice only applies to stupid and gullible people.

I've made friends with people from third world countries, and when the going gets tough I'll take their advice, not yours.

I didn't cross the finish line into early retirement by taking too many unnecessary risks.  Fast money is always fleeting.

Well, except for the six packs a day smoking.

Maybe we're missing the point. That's to decrease the life expectancy and ensure he passes before becoming too feeble 🤷‍♂️

Well, he fucked that up, too.

The Jim Carrey version of The Grinch can fuck right off, and that’s a hill I’m pretty willing to die on.

I think it has some charm to it.

My only nitpick is that you don’t have to call it an unpopular opinion when it’s literally in the fucking thread title.

When you’re a stupid, you need to repeat the assignment so you don’t get it wrong.

I can’t really say anything. It’s my thread and I’ve gotten the assignment wrong at least a few times.

Macho Man vs Ricky Steamboat at Wrestlemania III is the most overrated Wrestlemania match ever. I've wanted to say this for years. It's not a bad match but I just don't think it's as great as it been hyped up to be. I've seen better matches than this one sorry not sorry.

When code enforcement approves it, it's livable.  It doesn't need a pool, a tennis court, a six car garage or five imported marble staircases.

Thats not an unpopular opinion. GTFO.

I don’t trust anyone who plays games on their phone with the volume turned up. I don’t care if you’re alone or not. Turn that irritating shit down.

Yes, Wario shouldn't have been playing Candy Crush like that.

I'm glad Gen Z gives shitty customer service. Their wages are absolute shit and many are barely trained and working on skeleton crews. These boomers who lived during a time when all the cashier lines were manned can complain all they want if they wanna blame young people instead of greedy ass corporations that are directly responsible for ruining contemporary retail experiences.
