I have a complaint about my life seems like no matter what job I take I am the lowest of the low I cannot move up in any organization what's the point of you know me trying to work if I don't advance any career I choose

It doesn't ever really work that way. You can try, but usually by the time you've developed yourself into the kind of person capable of rising to the top, you're almost never the kind of person capable of dismantling that institution anymore. That is also assuming you would be able to take any action from that position that would effectively result in dismantling it. 

 

Usually abolishing or dismantling institutions works best with a broad organizational base of those on the bottom, specifically in solidarity with any who are harmed by the institution, and engaging in things like direct action and mutual aid.
