André Toulon Posted April 15 Posted April 15 Ham and swiss on avocado rye...it'll be dinner because the rest was lunch. Completely worth the itchy throat....its not like eating an actual avocado so it shouldn't be too bad. 2 Quote

André Toulon Posted April 24 Posted April 24 PP.... But i got it from Rib Crib...this sucks. I don't even like BBQ normally but Swadleys pulled pork is just a miracle meat. Tender and covered in this incredible sauce....rib crib gave me dry ass pulled pork with a tiny cup of sauce on the side. Texture of laffy taffy I knew better but didnt want to get on the service road 1 1 Quote
The_annoying_one Posted April 24 Author Posted April 24 TV dinner Basically macaroni and cheese with broccoli. It sucked, but that’s the price I pay for not feeling like spending money. Whatever. Quote

tsar4 Posted April 28 Posted April 28 (edited) Chicken Lo Mein I think the place must have its own garlic farm. Ask for light garlic & they double it. Edited April 28 by tsar4 1 Quote
GunStarHero Posted Monday at 08:09 PM Posted Monday at 08:09 PM Did a test run for a dish at work, basically a chicken alfredo sandwich with feta fries. Put some garlic butter on the white sides of a brioche bun and lightly toasted them in a salamander. Then I took some chicken breast and cut off two thin filets and pounded them out and rubbed them down with garlic, oregano, basil and a little salt and cooked them in a little oil alongside some diced yellow onions and cremini mushrooms. After that I made an American style alfredo sauce with a bit of butter, minced garlic, then some heavy cream and shaved parm and the same spices as the chicken. Layered each filet with veggies and the sauce on top and stacked em then added some mozzarella for good measure on top. Fries were simply topped with oregano and salt as well as feta cheese and mozzarella. Finished the fries and sandwich in the salamander just to melt the cheese. Came out great. 4 Quote
